Fixes #164. Adds `NewCountMinSketchFromSlice` so callers can reconstruct a Count-Min sketch without first creating an unrelated receiver. The existing `Deserialize` method remains as a deprecated compatibility wrapper, and the serialization tests and public example now use the constructor.
