Dear Madame and dear Sir I have made a mistake by downloading Open Office with a friend and now she received a bill. Could you please help me to solve this problem. On Wednsday i will go and remove all the items to use for free access. If that is not possible please send the bill to my email Account I really wanted to dowload a free version, just to show her and now she has to pay for it. I am a supporter in technical problems with PC's but this was really unprofessional of me and somehow I did not see anywhere that it is not a free download. We certainly chose the free Version. I would be very grateful for your help and understanding.
