There are 2 more team members though the minimum 3 votes are so far reached.
There will be separate votes on artifacts to be released, this is just the
necessary legal foundation for any of these W3C modules to remain at
DeviceMap and for calling DeviceMap as a whole "W3C compliant" without
lying;-)

W3C DDR Simple API is the only formal recommendation in this area:
http://www.w3.org/TR/#tr_Device_Description_Repository
Even the Device Description Structure (which "data" is based on or at least
inspired by) was only a Working Draft, and both OpenDDR and DeviceMap have
since continued that work (a "draft" makes that easier than a final spec;-)
