Hi Werner, Both. If it's something that is development-environment specific I wouldn't include it in a release. And I think the same applies to the "DeviceMapConsole.csproj" file.
They seem to be IDE artifacts similar to ".settings", ".metadata", ".idea", "*.iml" Eclipse / IntelliJ files.
