After some discussion, now I understand that all cicd data source plugin did the same incomplete job, they all need another task to normalize deployment data. Take bamboo for example, deployment build already exist in bamboo, and deploy build is collected to cicd_deployments, it still possible for user to use bamboo build to do deploy, and need to mark these build pipeline as deployment, so even bamboo plugin collected deployment data, it still need another task to do this pipeline to deployment convertion.
