### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened Once we create a custom webhook with the API token and add the webhook to a devlake project with no other data connection, it does not run as per sync policy and no webhook option available in blueprint as well for it to run or sync data after POST ### What do you expect to happen ideally, once the project has been added with the custom web-hook, it should be able to sync without any data connection as well as the data is already being pushed via webhook. No option present in the blueprint as well to add the webhook itself as the data connection. ### How to reproduce tried with latest published beta version v0.21.0-beta4@9192e52 1. Add a custom web-hook (Post url with API token) 2. Create a new project and add the web-hook in the project settings, with no other data connection added to it. 3. Using any sync policy now, the project does not run ever 4.
