I've tried updating to the latest version (https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/releases/tag/v1.0.2) to see if that helps but have hit the same error. From further reading I suspect the 403 may be coming from the embedded nginx that runs in the /devlake-config-ui container. I've tried to view the error/access logs in this container but unable to do so (I'm not even sure if they actually exist). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
