### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened If backend API for project information gives 404 still loader is keep on showing in UI Refer to recording below https://drive.google.com/file/d/17Mhc_SdkN_U-2RfxRzJzWvtkL1jGSzds/view?usp=sharing ### What do you expect to happen If project is not found and gives 404, UI to handle the error message and redirect to list of projects. ### How to reproduce Steps :- Go to the projects page. Attempt to change the name of a project that isn't provisioned.
