Since JSM projects typically don't use traditional Scrum/Kanban boards, they won't appear as selectable options. The plugin doesn't explicitly filter out Service Management projects—it uses the `api/2/project` endpoint without type filters. However, it [requires a BoardId for data collection](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues/8666), which is where JSM projects fall through. **Potential workarounds:** 1. **Create a Jira Board** for your JSM project (requires Jira admin permissions) 2. **Use the Webhook integration** to register incidents/events instead of polling Jira directly There have been [community requests](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/discussions/6832) for JQL or project-based scoping as alternatives to board-based collection, but this isn't implemented yet.
