### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened Hi, Adding a Tempo team to the data scope fails when its summary exceeds 255 characters: failed to save item 0 (400) Wraps: (2) ERROR: value too long for type character varying(255) (SQLSTATE 22001) (500) Wraps: (3) ERROR: value too long for type character varying(255) (SQLSTATE 22001) Suggested fix Declare Summary as text in the Tempo team model (gorm:"type:text") and add a migration script to alter the existing column. ### What do you expect to happen The team is saved. Tempo allows free-text summaries longer than 255 characters, so the column should be text, not varchar(255). ### How to reproduce Create a Tempo connection (DevLake v1.0.3-beta18, PostgreSQL). In Tempo, have a team whose summary/description is longer than 255 characters. Add this team to the data scope of the connection.
