Ok, fixed !!!
Thanks Jörg for the smart suggestion.
It was a little cumbersome to find all the unicode values for the japanes
samples, but now, it's done, and it's working :)

Did you have to tweak the escape sequences I provided or what was the
reason why one of the tests didn't work?
