Connections View can have an extension point for initial values

We are trying to extend the Directory Studio for our commercial product. One of
the requirements for us is that the Connections view should list a default
connection to our server. Currently there are no ways to add it. An extension
for that would be preferable.
This can be even used by the Directory Studio itself. Connections for Apache
Directory, OpenLDAP, etc can be added using default values like localhost,
10389, etc, so that user can start right away by clicking the connection.
