Fix For: 1.3.0
Add an value editor for OIDs that shows the description of the OID. We could
reuse the ResourceBundle that Stefan Zoerners added some time ago to get the
description of an OID.
For example the Root DSE has an attribute
supportedExtension: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.20037
That could be displayed in the entry editor as
supportedExtension: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.20037 (Start TLS)
