Stefan Seelmann commented on DIRSHARED-78:
------------------------------------------
I know that OpenLDAP, Siemens DirX and MS AD allow online modification of an
existing object class. It is possible to add at least a new MAY AT to an
existing OC. I'm not sure about adding a new MUST AT because that would mean
that existing entries become invalid.
BTW, isn't this a DIRSERVER issue?
> Schema registries are not getting updated after adding a new AT to an
> ObjectClass entry present in the Schema partition

> When a new mandatory(MUST) AT is added to an existing OC then this new OC is
> not properly loaded into the schema registries, as a result server is not
> able to prevent invalid entries from getting added.
