Thanks Emmanuel for the confirm. Paged retrieving of entries from stores is a
popular approach in internet sites. I just realized it's not doable to
implement when coming to LDAP support. I'm OK to remove it. The effort by
Yaning has been going for quite some time, hope we could have some design
discussion better so have all the ideas or inputs before real coding. We should
have raised the question loudly earlier I guess. Thanks anyway.
