One of the items on my list is to get the issues moved from the old Penn State SCIMple repository into Apache's Jira issue tracker. Issue tracking isn't specifically discussed in the Apache-Github announcement (https://blogs.apache.org/foundation/entry/the-apache-software-foundation-expands), but I'm wondering whether it would be more prudent to simply move the issues to SCIMple's Git repository.
Moving SCIMple's issue tracking to Github also seems to be more in line with Apache's five-year strategic plan - item three under the "ASF Services - Infrastructure" heading states "Encourage more use of externally provided services by project communities." (https://www.apache.org/board/plan.html). Does anyone have opinions or objections? Thanks, Steve
