How do you change the password? As you use version 2.0.0.v20161101-M12 which
does not support password modify extended operation I assume you just edit the
userPassword, right? In the password change dialog, which hash method did you
select?
Can you check/post the request sent to the server in the modification logs view?
Which type of server do you use? (I assume a netscape successor based on the
attributes in the screenshot). I think the server just defines the hash method
and sets the expiration date, can you check the server configuration or ask the
server admin about it?
