With regards to the entire distribuion project, I have no idea how the management works. We were looking a new lead for the p2p sub-project, and had a few people mention their interest. However, unless there is a need for an official lead for the p2p sub-project, I would like to suggest that it remains in the casual disorganisation it is in now. Between myself and mike we have the p2p links and web pages sorted, and other people have been contributing ideas and we can get access for them if the need arises. But I just see no need for a so-called leader with the current direction the project is heading (especially considering it's only a sub-project and not that big, there are only a few people involved). If a leader is needed, then there are a few people who have recently joined the distro-dev list who would probably be keen for the position, and they can speak for themselves.
