No. There won't be one until there is a HOWTO covering the explicit steps
of the process.
Also, my platform (APT-based linux on PPC) is not available, so I myself
cannot participate even if an explicit HOWTO were to exist.
I did not see a distribution request like the one Sophie Gautier did for
the french builds (see issue 72525 as an example)

Which builds did you test ?
Can't test it until 1) it is distributed and 2) there are step-by-step
guidelines for testing that your average slob can follow.
