I just checked the piece size used on the 2.2.1 torrents.

Having a piece size of 1MB for torrents of files this small is a major
concern.

Not only is it inconsistent with previous releases, it is also not a
recommended piece size for files that small.

Speed ramp-ups for new peers are extended beyond what they should be
(considering a normal piece size for a file the size of the OOo
installer is 128-256k).

I don't know what caused this, but 1MB piece sizes aren't recommended
for 100MB files.
