The bittorrent distribution via the
OOo_2.3.1_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe.torrent file (obtained from
http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/index.html) seems not to work;
I get "urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')" from two different
locations, one of which I have used bittorrent from quite recently.
