These advanced features allow us to deal with one tracker going down for
short or even extended periods. We use a multiple tracker system that
allows one or more trackers to go down without killing the entire swarm.
I would recommend you use the bittornado package instead of the basic
bittorrent package to download these torrents, as bittornado does
support the advanced features that are in use.
You may think they should not be required, but they allow us a failover
function AND additional scalability that are not present when we don't
use them.
