The build there is very old.
You should try
http://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/SRC680_m241/OOo_SRC680_m241_MacOSXIntel_X11_install.dmg
instead.
When I have time, I will update the download page (unless someone gets
