Andrew, many thanks for taking the lead on this. I agree it needs to be done, but unfortunately we can't force people to keep quiet :-( I've added a version 2 to the wiki, strengthening the 'please do not damage the community' message. Hopefully if we appeal to people's better nature and explain the damage they could cause then they will be more willing to comply...
