Hi. Just a few thoughts for dealing with those who don't read the page (which 
is probably a high percentage)...

I get similar posts on the CDROM list - not very often, but still 
occasionally. My answer is simple. Since these are normally unsubscribed, and 
so come through moderation, I simply reject the post, *but* place a comment in 
the proper place referring the poster to the correct list or email address, 
including where relevant instructions on subscribing.

What this means is that the post does not come through to the list, but the 
poster is given the information on where to make their report. So far it has 
worked well.
