Hello Joan Touzet,
My name is Amy Semerjian and I have been referred to you by Jim Slotta as a
person who might be able to meet your survey needs during your diversity
initiative at Apache. I'm attaching my CV where you can see that I have
experience in designing surveys so that they can be interpreted in a useful
manner. In very broad strokes I've worked on large scale assessment for
operational tests in adult education in Massachusetts and in math and science
for the international test called TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics
and Science Study) and smaller-scale research design on *many* topics, typical
through brand-new constructs, for the Innovations in Urban Science Education
Lab at Boston College.
