Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed options to the list.
I'm going to close it at this point to focus on the current options.
UPDATE on vendor evaluations:
I'm going to first pursue collaborations with Otter Consulting (Sage Sharp) and
Bitergia (Project CHAOSS). They both have plenty of experience with two topics
we will cover here: open source metrics, and diversity and inclusion research.
They both could integrate with our Outreachy and UX research projects.
Working with them not only brings us their tremendous experience in the topic,
but it will also help us provide a more complete picture of the open source
landscape. We will be able to standarize measurements to have data points that
can provide a benchmarking opportunity.
