So far, I've been able to work best with setting up Jekyll, and the
instructions for using Bootstrap are relatively trivial. I'm not exactly a
front end developer by any means, so I might not be using the "typical" tooling
for everything (e.g., using make and yarn instead of gulp/grunt/whatever and
npm). It's extremely basic so far, so we'll still likely need some design input.
