Daniel Izquierdo commented on DI-29:
------------------------------------
Final version of the survey has been released together with a set of comments
for each of the ASF comments. It's being a great discussion around the topic,
and I'd like to thank you everyone that has participated and that has made this
possible.
The survey will be open for a month, and can be accessed at
[https://diversitysurvey.limequery.org/399877?lang=en]
Some statistics for this work and only for the beta version of the document
that was open for feedback:

There's a viewers trend, but the list of people do not make sense as there are
author comments that do not appear in such list.
The number of unresolved comments is high at the moment of this analysis as the
authors of the survey have added specific 'suggestions' (so comments open) in
the document for all of the people that have provided feedback so far.

> Feedback expectations:
> * Initial requirements: Please remember that this survey is designed to take
> between 15 and 20 minutes with up to 20 or 22 questions.
> * Deadline: Feedback is welcome until -Friday Oct. 18th, anywhere on Earth
> (AoE)- 6pm UTC 20th October.
> * Format: The expected format of the feedback is by comments in the working
> document. There is an alternative that is directly suggesting changes to the
> text, however this procedure is not recommended because the text becomes
> difficult to comprehend with increasing numbers of unmerged suggestions. If
> you would like to propose an alternative wording (e.g., totally change the
> way a question is worded), please use the comments for this.
> * Context: If you think we're missing an important topic, that we have not
> considered any specific detail or any other consideration, please leave this
> specified as a comment in a place that seems most relevant to you. This may
> affect any of the main areas of the survey and be a higher level discussion.
>
> Meetings:
> * 18th October, 6pm UTC, 8 pm CEST, 11 am PDT.
