A bug was found on AWS [RedHat] during creation edges.
*Preconditions:*
only SSN is created
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. simultaneously create two edges
*Actual result:*
1. one of edge is created
2. the other edge fails during creation

1. two edges are created successfully
