A bug was found on AWS.
*Preconditions:*
any notebook is created (Jupyter/zeppelin/rstudio)
*Steps to reproduce:*
# create EMR with spot
# check Docker's logs whether are there any errors.
*Actual result:*
EMR is being created, but there are some strange Docker's fatal errors.
