Hi Bohdan, it is just my IMHO, but I would recommend to setup git-hosted website. It is more convenient to update site using git. In most cases, it is also faster to patch Git-based site.
Any PPMC member can create git repository for site, later we can setup Apache infrastructure to use this repo as a site source.
