Hi Bohdan, Right, there is no need to create any additional repository. Site content can be placed to same git repo, as source code.
I don't know deep details on how to set it up, but I could share example of site of Apache Training (incubating): https://github.com/apache/incubator-training/tree/master/site If we have some site content prepared we may ask INFRA to set it up or point us to the right direction. ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/INFRA/) It may be that site is published using some Jenkins magic,- but here I just guessing.
