Is there a reason why we are using width="100%"? As a designer this drives me insane where there is nothing on the right side to stop the long flow of one sentence.
I think I found away around this, where the page would shrink to fit ok, and the long sentences would be broken up more.
Run the items side by side, in columns, but not too many, so that the page will shrink nicely. Then show your context in columns like a newspaper. I just thought one page through like this (using Jacqueline's crayon technique, but mine's in pencil) and I think it will work out nicely.
I'm not sure how we could do this to faqs. Maybe we could list the navigation tree on the left, and "for more information" links on the right? As I type this I remember a user who said he filtered out the data in the side columns... Anyway, food for thought that has me thinking, so I thought I would share.
Happy Day!
