This again is a matter of style.[...]
Thank you for all of your wonderful feedback on questions like these, Jean. Your comments herein and on other lists have absolutely affected my writing style, and have motivated me to learn more. I believe it is early comments made by you on list punctuation (on another list, weeks or months ago) that has me at least thinking about punctuation in lists. I appreciate reading your comments, even though I have seldom made outward comments about it.
Thanks for all you do for OpenOffice.org!
I even thought to say thank you after your excellent work at the show, but didn't, because I thought maybe it was not my place. After seeing the results, and after reading about human nature in regard to interfacing with others, I have realized how very important it is to show all folks appreciation for their work. I think this especially holds true for volunteer type work, like the work most of us do for OOo.
Anyway, huge thanks to you, Jean, for sharing your wisdom with us.
:)
Best Wishes, Diane Mackay
