It would be really good to have the setupguides in the installer (as we
had in 1.x) and to me it's very sad, that we had been asked before 2.0
release to finish the guides, so that they can be included .. but now we
are told, that there is no process to include them.
So .. could someone try to coordinate the work between documentation,
localization and installation projects?
