Hi,
Some might consider this a complaint, or to be more charitable, a
cry for help. It comes from an exchange of e-mails on the subject of
getting started with documentation, which occurred about two weeks ago.
On 21 April I submitted a How-To concerning Task List number 28000.
I have as yet had no response of any kind from anyone. Is my document
any good? Has anyone seen it? Has anyone tried to use it? How do I know
what has happened? Have I missed a step in the process?
What is supposed to happen now?
