Not a problem. If you noticed, only you and the assigned owner of 
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=28000 were notified of
this event.  So this is the first time that any of the rest of the team
have notice there is a new HOW-TO.  Thanks.  Now that I know it exists,
I will personally review it and edit as necessary and attach it back to
the issue. If you approve the changes, I will be notified and we can
publish.  

So what it the moral of this story?  I think that it should be good
practice to announce stuff like this on this list. That way the others
will know and can help get it ready for publication or simply publish as
suits.
