AFAIK the doc was translated in CJK, yes.

it's quite simply, inside Sun we the policy that developer documentation
have to be available in Japanese and Chinese. That is the reason why we
have translated the guide into this languages. Available online
(somewhere at Sun) or in an appropriate StarOffice SDK because we
provide only an English OpenOIffice SDK.
