AFAIK changing links does not break anything, number of links in one localizable string must remain the same (gsicheck counts and compares only tags), ie when you need additional links you can add it only as plain text. This can be problem when refferring in some strings to various community pages and mailing lists (I mean both English and NL project mailing lists) and maybe there is a need for enhancement (placeholders for additional links in some general help files and readme).
