Hi Clayton, I started translating the Developer's Guide into French a long, long, long :-)) time ago, before it was wikified, but I don't know now what happened to it. There might well be some pages that have been translated within the French documentation hierarchy, but as someone mentioned the other day on the French list, it is a bit of a mess because there are (were) two different page referencing systems in place. To put it into a historical perspective, the French NL project was very profuse in native language French documentation production before the English language even took off. Since I am no longer very active in the documentation process, I'm afraid I can't help you any more than that.
