Currently on the wiki for the FR part, from what I know, on development, there is a C++ guide written by Serge Moutou (also in English) which is a complement of the Dev Guide. But I don't think any body is working on the Dev Guide, although I'm no more subscribed to the d...@fr list to know what is happening.
