Joe, I´m Luis from Costa Rica too (Tibas) and i am having serious problems
with openoffice. The point is that about 2 months ago i tried to install a
new version of OpenOffice (3.2 I guess) and from that day I couldn´t work
properly with this software. This is the message i got from that day:

"Please, exit OpenOffice.org 3.1 and the OpenOffice 3.1 Quickstarter befote
you continue. If you are using a multi-user system also make sure that no
other user has OpenOffice.org 3.1 open".

Any idea or solution,

Thanks in advance,

Luis
