let me add that it is a bit confusing that some stuff goes at the top:

{{Writer Project}}
{{Documentation/DraftPage}}
__TOC__

and some at the bottom:

[[Category:Writer/CoreDoc]]

it would be easier if all the special stuff were in one place.
