I hereby declare the 2nd edition of Getting Started with OOo3 published. The individual chapter files, in ODT and PDF, are on the OOoAuthors site, and the PDFs are on the wiki. Later I'll put the ODTs on the wiki too.
I have not yet updated all of the individual wiki pages, though I've done a few. Not sure when I'll have time to do the others (I'll be working on the other books as a higher priority), so if someone else would like to tackle updating some of the Getting Started wiki pages, that would be great.
