I add some addition informations about it. Some issues with specific label would skip the auto mark stale and auto close,
You could see in this PR[1], for now when issue with `Waiting for reply` would skip, which mean this issue have no reply by maintainer after it create. In this case I do not thinks we should mark it stale. What more lidong said we should not mark issues with label `new feature`[2] as stale too. It’s there additions label or situation we want to skip stale?
