I take a quick look in our issue with “Feature” in the title, and find out some of them without labels “new feature”, see link[1].
After I dig in and found out we feature issue template use label “feature” instead of “new feature”, see link[2]. But we do not have label named “feature”, maybe we should: 1) Change feature issue template label to “new feature” 2) Change our repo label name, from “new feature” to “ feature” IMO, I think the word “feature” is enough to express meaning.
