This seems to describe what has been done rather than what is needed to be done in order to graduate. I think the points there should be these "move discussion to the mailing list", "make our first ASF release", "work on the web site". I can see you have been in the incubator for 6 or so months but haven't made an Apache release yet? If that is correct then that should be your #1 task.
