Add specific paths for RX/TX AVX512, called offload paths. In these paths, support the HW offload features, like, checksum, VLAN, RSS offload. These paths are chosen automatically according to the configuration.
The code for the above HW offload features, which are supported by offload paths, is removed from the legacy path.
