For the case when {{FunctionImplementationRegistry}} is closed, class loaders 
which were used for uploading jars are still open and don't close file 
descriptors for these jars.

The proposal is to unregister jars to close its {{ClassLoader}} when 
{{FunctionImplementationRegistry}} is closed.
